Network Operations Senior Manager

The successful candidate will oversee network operations, ensuring productivity and hygiene. This involves managing resources, data updates, reports, SOP compliance, and tools/equipment maintenance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Network Management: Plan, deploy, and maintain network uptime to meet service level agreements.
  • Inventory/Spares Management: Manage inventory levels, update portals for inward, outward, and consumption.
  • Issue and Fault Reporting (I&FR): Ensure installations are completed within time-frames, keep customers informed, and manage escalations.
  • Complaint Management Resolution: Resolve complaints efficiently and reduce Gross Fault Ratio (GFR).
  • SIP Triggering: Coordinate with backhaul providers as required.
  • Churn Control & Retention: Analyze root causes of complaints/network failures and implement corrective actions.

Maintaining Network Hygiene:

  • Regularly inspect network equipment and customer locations.
  • Conduct regular infrastructure checks for installed towers/poles.
  • Develop disaster management plans.

Additional Tasks:

  • Manage office expenses/petty cash.
  • Recover termination cases in a timely manner.
  • Create GIS maps within 24 hours of installation.
  • Map access networks to customer end points in Lepton and KMZ, including inventory.
  • Foster employee retention and team engagement, resolving recruitment pendencies in sync with HR.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in telecom/ISP.
