Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT leader to oversee our entire IT infrastructure. This includes setting up and maintaining office systems, networks, and security protocols.

Responsibilities

Infrastructure Oversight:

Plan, implement, and manage company-wide IT infrastructure to ensure optimal uptime, scalability, and performance.

Office Setup & Maintenance:

Lead the complete IT setup for new office locations, including internet connectivity, LAN/WAN configurations, server and workstation installations, printer/scanner setup, and IT asset procurement.

Technical Support & Helpdesk Management:

Provide Level 1 & 2 support to internal users, manage tickets, and ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.

Network Administration:

Configure, monitor, and maintain network devices (routers, firewalls, switches), ensuring secure and stable network connectivity across departments.

Asset Management:

Maintain accurate records of IT assets, ensure proper tracking, warranty renewals, AMC contracts, and periodic audits.

Vendor Coordination:

Collaborate with external vendors for procurement, AMC, ISP support, and managed services.

Data Security & Compliance:

Ensure cybersecurity protocols, firewalls, antivirus, backup strategies, and data protection policies are strictly implemented and followed.

Software & License Management:

Manage installation, configuration, and updates of business software; monitor license usage and renewals.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain detailed documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and issue resolution logs. Generate regular IT performance reports for management review.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments
  • Hands-on experience with networking tools and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365/Google Workspace administration
  • Knowledge of IT asset management tools and ticketing systems
  • Familiarity with endpoint security tools, firewalls, and backup solutions
  • Excellent troubleshooting and decision-making skills
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead small IT teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field
  • 5-10 + years of experience in related field
  • Experience in information technology space and solving various software and hardware problems
  • Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, MCSE, CCNA, or ITIL (preferred)
