Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team and oversee the management of hospital IT infrastructure. This key role involves ensuring seamless operation of hospital systems and applications, and collaborating with other IT professionals to design and implement backup and disaster recovery solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, including physical and virtual servers, to support hospital operations.
  • Monitor server performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal server performance and uptime.
  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points, to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.
  • Implement and maintain storage solutions, such as SAN and NAS systems, to efficiently store and manage hospital data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Specialist or similar role, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of server, network, and storage technologies, including Windows and Linux servers, Cisco networking equipment, and SAN/NAS storage systems.
  • Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies like VMware.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex IT issues.
