Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Professional to manage the entire lifecycle of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) administration.

This includes Tenancy, VCN, Compartments, Network Layers, handling firewalls, subnet, storage options, FSS, Block Volume, and Object Storage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provisioning and managing OCI infrastructure resources, including compute, storage, and networking.
  • Installing, configuring, migrating, tuning, patching, and administering OCI services.
  • Writing and modifying Terraform scripts for application deployments on OCI and for managing OCI infrastructure.
  • Performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required.
  • Configuring CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required and ensuring high availability of infrastructure.
  • Applying OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis and upgrading administrative tools and utilities.
  • Configuring and adding new services as necessary.
  • Experience with Network Security Groups, Bastion Hosts as a Service Sessions, and Public Load Balancer provisioning.
  • Provisioning storage, compute nodes, network, and understanding requirements for the same.
  • Experience with IaaS solutions: virtual machines/networks, on-premise/hybrid cloud computing, cloud identity, security models, cloud monitoring, logging, local and cloud storage.
  • Handling Certificate renewals on OCI.
  • Understanding and hands-on experience of HA architecture in an OCI environment.
  • Strong understanding of HA concepts in DR and setting up on Infrastructure for DR Site.
  • Migration experience and using migration tools.
  • Handling performance management and Cost optimization.
  • Analyzing solution designs that accompany business requirements for technical delivery.
  • Assisting in design decisions, developing, and implementing cloud solutions.
  • Exposure to using code repository like GIT.
  • Multi-cloud exposure is a plus.

Credentials : Mandatory Certified OCI Architect Associate/Professional

Preferred Certifications : OCI Migration and Integration Specialist, OCI Security Associate/Professional, OCI Cloud Operations Associate

Work Experience : 4-10 years
