Job Summary

The HRIS Reporting Analyst Senior will lead the development and design of employment-related reporting solutions and data analytics to create efficiencies, assist, and meet regulatory requirements for Human Resources, Compliance, and Legal teams at Gallagher.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary contact for Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Oracle HCM analytics, consulting with internal customers to create requirements for new reports, report changes, and data requests.
  • Develop reports and dashboards in OAC and OTBI, leading the reporting function for core HR projects.
  • Facilitate functional compliance, data integrity, or other related HR strategic analysis, surfacing opportunities for improvement or corrective action to various HR leaders and tracking ongoing improvements or trends.
  • Develop or translate requirements to technical developers, performing first-level issue analysis for potential issues, and testing and validating results against data and customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards that will help answer key strategic workforce analytics-based questions, including key performance indicators.
  • Train and educate users on related reports and efficient use, recommending process improvements for reporting team and external processes impacting the team.
  • Perform data integrity or other related HR strategic analysis, and may provide guidance to lower-level staff but has no formal supervisory responsibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience building and testing reports in Business Intelligence/visualization applications
  • Human resources process and/or data experience
  • Proven strength and experience utilizing various reporting tools and MS Excel for variety of data analysis needs
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Word & PowerPoint
  • Oracle Analytics Cloud and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence experience
  • Extensive Oracle HCM process and data experience
  • Technical creativity, analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent critical thinking, initiative, project management and organizational skills, and extraordinary communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
