
Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Loan Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and developing business relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through DSA channels and direct sourcing.
- Identify and acquire new clients through market leads, referrals, and existing relationships.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with DSAs, connectors, and financial intermediaries.
- Conduct client meetings, understand financial requirements, and pitch suitable loan offerings as per client profile.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, process standards, and documentation norms for timely disbursals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan files.
- Monitor and follow up on leads and applications to ensure quick and compliant closures.
- Minimum 1–4 years of experience in Home Loan / LAP / SME Lending sales.
- Familiarity with DSA network and LAP underwriting basics.
- Graduation is mandatory (Undergraduates with experience may also apply).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and field-ready professional.
