We are seeking an experienced Product Visionary to lead long-term and short-term strategic initiatives and roadmaps for our products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing product strategies, owning product development and delivery, and establishing go-to-market plans within the product lifecycle.

  • Develop and implement roadmaps for issuing and acquiring products aligned with company vision.
  • Lead product life cycle management, including conceptualization, enhancement, and launch.
  • Analyze industry trends and customer requirements, contributing to product-related strategic planning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Define business cases for new business, product development, and enhancement.
  • Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to detail business requirements for delivery.
  • Represent product lines in leadership reviews and secure investments/resources/priority for product roadmap.
  • Partner with business teams to conduct market research and understand customer needs.

Additional responsibilities include working closely with program management, sales, marketing, service excellence, legal, and compliance teams to create a well-defined go-to-market plan.

Ensure products meet regulatory and policy framework guidelines and define product performance metrics focusing on profitability, customer growth, engagement, and retention.
