Job Title: Senior Workplace Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Workplace Strategist to lead our team in designing exceptional work environments that foster creativity, productivity, and collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of artistic vision, technical expertise, and business acumen.

The successful Senior Workplace Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive space planning strategies that align with our clients' goals and objectives. This includes conducting thorough research to understand client needs, analyzing workspace requirements, and creating actionable plans that drive results.

The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver workspaces that exceed client expectations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Engagement: Building strong relationships with clients through effective communication, active listening, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Conceptual Design: Developing innovative design concepts that integrate space planning, color schemes, furniture selection, and sustainable materials to create engaging and functional workspaces.
  • Space Planning and Layout: Creating efficient and dynamic space plans that optimize workflow, ergonomics, and cultural alignment with client values.
  • Material Selection and Specification: Curating materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet stringent functional criteria while aligning with the envisioned aesthetic and eco-conscious standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, with a minimum of 7-12 years of experience in Workplace Design and Team Management. Proficiency in design software such as SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop is essential, along with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Project management experience is a plus.
