Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Creative Designer to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading high complexity projects and collaborating closely with copywriters and producers to maintain timelines and propose recommendations based on business briefs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead campaign-level project execution
  • Understand customer journey and base creative solutions on that
  • Ability to understand creative performance data and connect the dots in building strong creative solutions that resonate with customers
  • Collaborate with agency designers to ensure consistency across all workstreams
  • Develop design systems to guide the team and keep production efficiency high while maintaining brand language consistency

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a design studio, advertising agency, or retail organization
  • Design graduate (BFA, BDes, MFA, MDes) or equivalent experience in a similar design role
  • Expertise in InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Figma
  • GenAI knowledge for creative efficiency is a plus
