Visionary Digital Product Designer

We are looking for a skilled Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our products.
Job Description
In this role, you will work closely with our experienced design team on various projects. You will contribute to the design process from concept to execution, helping to shape the user experience and visual design of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-own solution design for industry problem statements faced by our customers.
- Efficiently collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure a cohesive and user-friendly experience.
- Conduct usability testing to gather insights and feedback, also support with generative research requirements.
- Support the design team in developing and maintaining design systems and guidelines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to the design process.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to bring fresh perspectives to the team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize cycle times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of product design experience working on scalable product solutions that are both customer & partner facing.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design work, including UI/UX projects.
- Expertise in problem-solving, design implementation in terms of UI, UX, IA, project planning, and execution excellence.
- Experience with leading cross-functional initiatives for 0→1 products.
- One of the work experiences should be from a reputable organization.
- Expertise in using modern-day design handoff mechanisms and processes (design tokens based).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
