Drive Business Growth as a Sponsorship Lead

This dynamic role requires a seasoned professional to craft and execute a sponsorship strategy that yields significant returns. The successful candidate will identify and cultivate high-value partnerships, driving business growth through innovative sales approaches.

  • Sponsorship Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive sponsorship plan that aligns with the organization's objectives.
  • Negotiation and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, negotiating agreements that meet both parties' needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sponsorship deliverables.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Events or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in sponsorship sales/business development for live events, festivals, sports, entertainment, or media.
  • A strong network with brand decision-makers, agencies, and corporates.
  • A proven track record of closing high-value sponsorship deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
