Recruitment Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Lead to join our team.

  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and position expectations.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job description creation, requisition opening, sourcing, interview management, candidate management, offer extension, post-offer support, and onboarding.
  • Conceptualize and execute hiring initiatives across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop new recruiting strategies.
  • Ensure an exceptional recruitment experience for candidates and the business.
  • Act as a consultant/talent advisor to the Business on talent requirements.
  • Share quantitative and qualitative hiring insights with the TA head/business.
  • Maintain hiring trackers/analytics and assist in building management dashboards.
  • Desirable experience in talent branding and ATS integration.
  • Drive innovative talent strategies/initiatives to attract/hire a diverse workforce.
The Successful Applicant
  • 9-12 years of relevant recruiting experience supporting global organisational structures.
  • Demonstrated track record of success creating/executing results-driven recruiting strategies in fast-moving companies.
  • Provides advisory leadership to hiring managers/influences senior-level decision-makers to drive nuances of recruitment strategy.
  • Expert knowledge of recruitment market practices.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills to identify/understand issues/problems/opportunities and create strategies in response.
  • Working knowledge of Workday is a plus.
  • Proven success at building relationships/credibility quickly at all levels of the organisation.
