Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant Role

A highly skilled professional with expertise in payroll integration is required to work as a Fusion HCM Payroll Specialist. This position involves working on various aspects of payroll management, including integration with ADP and other systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in evaluating the technical feasibility of payroll solutions against business requirements
  • Develop the technical design document based on functional design or business requirements
  • Collaborate with the functional team to build prototypes and develop code packages
  • Migrate developed code to different environments
  • Create HSDL-based spreadsheet loaders
  • Use OBTI to create analysis reports of simple to medium complexity

Technical Skills Knowledge:

  • Payroll elements, fast formulas, and costing setup
  • Payroll flows, checklists, and payroll processing
  • Understanding of payroll tables, payroll payrun results
  • Writing fast formulas for calculations, validations, and element configurations
  • Balance initialization and validation of formulas
  • HCM data loader, HDL, HCM spreadsheet data loader, HSDL

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of payroll management principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with payroll software and systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
