Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a skilled payroll professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll and be able to lead or participate in implementations, from requirement gathering to go-live.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • End-to-End Implementation: Lead or participate in Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations.
  • Configuration: Configure the payroll module and tailor solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll operations and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Expertise: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with expertise in Payroll.
  • Implementation Expertise: Completed at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to resolve complex challenges efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions.
