Job Title: Oracle HCM Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM consultant to support the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our benefits module.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 3 years in benefits setup. They will be responsible for modifying/configuring benefits plans, programs, rates, and eligibility profiles, as well as supporting open enrollment and life event processing.

Additionally, the resource will develop and troubleshoot fast formulas, HCM extracts, and HDL data loads, build and maintain BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards, collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate data flow and compliance, and manage Oracle SRs and coordinate with Oracle support for issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain benefits plans, programs, rates, and eligibility profiles
  • Support open enrollment and life event processing
  • Develop and troubleshoot fast formulas, HCM extracts, and HDL data loads
  • Build and maintain BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards
  • Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate data flow and compliance
  • Manage Oracle SRs and coordinate with Oracle support for issue resolution

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 3 years in benefits setup
  • Understanding of benefits setup, eligibility rules, and enrollment flows
  • Proficiency in building/modifying extracts, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and fast formulas
  • Experience with HCM extracts and third-party integrations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) or Agile practices
