We are seeking a seasoned Kinaxis Implementation Specialist to lead and participate in Rapid Response implementation projects. The successful candidate will perform configuration of Rapid Response modules, design and build dashboards, and support integration with enterprise resource planning/legacy systems.

About the Role:
  • Lead and participate in Kinaxis Rapid Response implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment.
  • Configure Rapid Response modules (demand planning, supply planning, inventory, sales and operations planning).
  • Design and build dashboards, alerts, scenarios, and analytical reports within Kinaxis.
  • Synchronize Kinaxis with enterprise resource planning/legacy systems (SAP, Oracle, JDA) using extract transform load tools, APIs, or middleware.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate supply chain requirements into Kinaxis functionality.
  • Validate data, test, and troubleshoot to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support to end-users.
