The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse and a proven ability to align technology capabilities with business objectives. Key responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand their supply chain requirements, leading discovery sessions to identify pain points, and developing comprehensive solutions leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse.

  • Develop and implement customized supply chain solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse.
  • Create detailed proposals, workflows, and use case demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.
  • Configure and customize Kinaxis RapidResponse to meet client requirements.
  • Guide best practices for Kinaxis implementation and utilization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse, including configuration, implementation, or solution design.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning, demand management, and S&OP processes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
