**Job Title:** Senior Claims Repricing Executive
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Claims Repricing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for repricing non-par claims in accordance with fee schedules and payment methodologies.
- Reprice non-par claims using established fee schedules and payment methodologies
- Conduct primary and secondary reviews of medical claims to ensure accurate reimbursement calculations
- Communicate complex reimbursement approaches to stakeholders through written explanations and reports
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree with excellent written and oral English language skills
- Expertise in claim processing and validation applications, with experience working on similar profiles and portfolios
- Basic proficiency in Excel for querying production data and generating reports
- An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Desirable: US Healthcare insurance domain experience and understanding of US Healthcare system terminology
