As Senior Manager, Medical RCM, you will oversee the planning, organization, direction, and implementation of all claims management processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness of claim submissions, collections efforts, and payment distribution.
About the Role- Develop and execute strategies for improving reimbursement rates and minimizing billing errors through data-driven decision making
- Stay up-to-date with changing insurance industry regulations, policies, and coding standards to maintain compliance
- Evaluate and optimize operational workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Supervise patient billing and collections staff, including training and development initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Master's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in US healthcare billing and collections
- Experience in managing teams and driving business outcomes
- Knowledge of commercial and government payers (Medicare, Medicaid, etc.)
