Lead Voice Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Voice Analyst to play a key role in managing the process of obtaining broker price opinions for banks and mortgage companies.

This involves working closely with real estate agents, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of BPO reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the BPO process from start to finish, ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders.
  • Gather necessary information from real estate agents, clients, and internal teams to drive the BPO process forward.
  • Assign BPO requests to qualified agents based on their expertise and availability.
  • Monitor progress of BPO assignments and ensure they are completed within the designated timeframe.
  • Address any discrepancies or issues identified in BPO reports, collaborating with agents to resolve them efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to BPO assignments, including client preferences, property details, and valuation outcomes.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and Real Estate Agents/Brokers regarding BPO inquiries, updates, and status reports.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-4 years of experience in international voice processes is essential.
  • Detailed knowledge of BPO procedures and industry standards is required.
