Are you a confident communicator with good English skills? We are looking for a dynamic voice support specialist to join our night shift team. Our company is a leading edtech counselling firm with a proven track record spanning over 15 years.
We specialize in guiding working professionals to unlock their academic and career potential while effectively managing their professional responsibilities and upgrading their skills & education simultaneously.
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with the Sales team, update CRM, make outbound calls daily using provided leads, verify and screen prospective customer data, capture additional information and assess customer interest in our products.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Verifying and screening prospective customer data
- Capturing additional information and assessing customer interest in our products
- Working closely with the Sales team for lead allocation
- Ensuring lead accuracy and quality before handing off to counsellors
What You Will Do:
As a Customer Support Specialist, your role will be crucial in providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
