
Sales Business Development Manager

With a focus on results-driven thinking and ownership, you will be responsible for leading business development, building connections, and identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency across our Sellers' businesses.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a network of high-value Selling Partners across various programs, advocating for their needs within our ecosystem.
- Pursue business growth by increasing selection, delivering on key business objectives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding results.
- Manage impactful improvement initiatives and projects, launching new products and extending relationships with Sellers to drive innovation and growth.
- Partner with Sellers to optimize operational effectiveness and provide an exceptional consumer experience through process improvements and data-driven insights.
- Identify and engage high-potential prospects, communicate the value proposition, and establish long-term partnerships that deliver sustained returns.
- Analyze and report performance using relevant metrics, achieving productivity and seller satisfaction targets through targeted efforts.
A typical day involves working closely with stakeholders from multiple regions to streamline and deliver business impact, exploring process improvements with autonomy and ownership. Our ideal candidate has 2+ years of sales or account management experience, digital marketing expertise, and proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
