Operational Retail Manager

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operational processes of a retail business.

This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of inventory control systems and processes to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Management of stock audits and reconciliation of discrepancies.
  • Timely entry of sales, stock levels, and other retail data into our systems.
  • Identification and implementation of solutions to improve productivity in operational workflows.
  • Supervision and management of the operational team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Training, mentoring, and support of operational staff to promote high levels of service and accountability.
  • Liaison between front-end and back-end teams to ensure smooth communication and resolution of operational issues.
  • Collaboration with external vendors and suppliers to manage purchase orders, deliveries, and returns.
  • Ensuring compliance with all policies, legal regulations, and standards, including data protection and audit requirements.
  • Maintenance of accurate records of all operational transactions.
  • Oversight of the maintenance and proper functioning of operational technology.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Candidate must have 3-4 years' experience in Operational Management & team handling work.
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in Graduation Candidates are preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and retail management software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
