Operations Excellence Manager

As a seasoned retail operations professional, you will be instrumental in shaping our pharmacy's efficiency and customer satisfaction. We are seeking an experienced leader who can drive process improvements across our outlets.

  • Operational Effectiveness
    • Streamline workflows to minimize customer waiting time
    • Implement robust inventory management systems and cycle counts
    • Develop SOPs for team training and mentorship
  • Supply Chain Leadership
    • Oversee vendor negotiations and supplier relationships
    • Minimize expiry losses and stock-outs through effective controls
    • Drive digital adoption through token systems and SMS notifications
  • Leadership Development
    • Lead and train 50+ staff members on Rx reading, customer counseling, and inventory handling
    • Build dashboards and MIS for performance reviews
    • Identify skill gaps and develop structured training programs
  • Process Innovation
    • Refine SOPs through Kaizen/Lean practices and deploy barcode scanning
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and audits

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong background in retail operations and supply chain management
  • Proven track record of turnaround management and process standardization
  • Deep knowledge of inventory control and batch management
  • Hands-on expertise in POS systems and retail analytics
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Operations Management or Business Administration
  • 10+ years in retail operations/supply chain management with senior leadership experience
