Job Title:

We are seeking a seasoned Facility Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of our equipment, machinery, buildings, and facilities.

  • Plan, execute, and manage Preventive Maintenance schedules with internal and external service providers.
  • Train on-site teams on equipment procedures and implementation best practices.
  • Develop and implement innovative programs to reduce utility costs, boost productivity, and drive savings.
  • Maintain accurate budgets and monitor expenses.
  • Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), checklists, and reports.
  • Manage internal facility modifications, including planning, preparation, BOQ creation, vendor selection, and execution.
  • Negotiate with government agencies related to facility maintenance, electricity boards, electrical inspectors, and pollution control boards.
  • Supervise housekeeping and security teams.
  • Oversee company vehicle maintenance.
  • Assist in organizing company events and exhibitions.
  • Possess strong computer skills, particularly in EXCEL, WORD, Power Point, and MS Project.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to quality and safety.
  • Implement and manage Risk and Safe Work Practices to minimize operational disruptions.
Requirements:

We seek a candidate with a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, preferably with 8-12 years of experience in facility management and administration within manufacturing industries.

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of Labor laws and statutory compliances.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement change initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Judgment and decision-making capabilities under tight timelines.
  • Strong interpersonal, report writing, and statistical analysis skills for effective communication across all levels.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
