About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Strategic Growth Manager to join our team at Taurus Mutual Fund. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business development and sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business strategy that drives revenue growth and increases market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
- Promote the company's products and services to clients, addressing their objectives and needs.
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring adherence to established rules and guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, making adjustments as needed to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a business development manager, sales executive or relevant role.
- Strong sales track record, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
