Financial Leadership Role
We seek a seasoned professional to lead our finance operations. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day accounts, manage cash flow, and coordinate with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Management: Manage accounts, ensure accurate accounting and reporting, and finalize financial statements.
- Cash Flow Management: Oversee daily cash flow, arrange financing from banks, and maintain banking relationships.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws, TDS, and coordinate with consultants for tax assessment and appellate matters.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and other consultants, to ensure smooth operations.
- Accounting System Configuration: Monitor and control accounting system configuration to ensure accurate accounting, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- ROC Compliance: Coordinate ROC compliance (filing annual returns of companies and LLP) with auditors in a timely manner.
- Vendor Payments: Manage vendor payments and liaise with statutory authorities.
- GST Compliance: Maintain GST compliance, including filing of monthly GST returns.
- TDS Compliance: Ensure TDS compliance and booking entries in Microsoft Navision for all expenses and fixed assets.
