Senior Finance Director - Polyester Expansion Project

This is a key leadership role within an industrial project. As the finance director, you will drive financial strategy and execution excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Financial Leadership: Develop and implement the financial framework for project execution.
  • Performance Oversight: Monitor key performance indicators against targets. Lead initiatives in cost optimization.
  • Risk Management: Mitigate financial risks through sound audit processes and governance practices.
  • Process Efficiency: Refine systems and procedures for enhanced productivity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Team Development: Build and guide a high-performance team; mentor next-generation leaders.
  • Commercial Excellence: Support contract negotiations with a focus on favorable terms and long-term value protection.

Success Metrics:

The primary key performance indicators include final investment decision completion, cross-functional collaboration, tax optimization, apex member-led optimization, project capex review and monitoring, adequacy of insurance coverage, regulatory compliance, support to associate agencies, due diligence in PV and QSD, and cost-saving proposals.

Key Competencies:

  • Functional: Financial planning and analysis, risk management and auditing, commercial and tax acumen, compliance and reporting, and SAP and Microsoft suite expertise.
