Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Bench Sales Manager to manage our bench sales team and ensure the successful placement of consultants on various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry and excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- More than 10 years of experience in bench sales and IT
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Deep knowledge of IT staffing and consulting services
- Strong network of contacts in the IT industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Good understanding of market trends and competitor activities
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of bench sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to expand business opportunities
- Identify and source potential consultants for client requirements
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients and consultants
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market conditions
- Collaborate with other departments, such as recruitment and delivery, to ensure seamless execution of projects
