Electronics Production Leadership Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the production of high-reliability electronic modules and custom-built Hybrid Integrated Circuits for defense and space applications.
  • Direct export sales efforts, meeting sales plan targets aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Lead teams to achieve quality and quantity levels, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and business excellence.
  • Evaluate personnel, material, and machine safety protocols, providing support to new product development and production processes.
  • Implement cost reduction initiatives, enhance productivity, and effectively utilize available resources.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably in defense, space, and aerospace sectors.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and effective presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, possess strong problem-solving skills, and consider short-term, medium-term, and long-term requirements.
  • Hands-on experience in production processes, competent in managing large teams, and considerable previous managerial experience in production/manufacturing, product development, and quality departments.
