Job Title: Director of Power Electronics

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our power electronics division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the industry and be able to drive innovation and growth.

About the Role:

This is a key leadership position responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth through the development of innovative power electronics solutions.

  • Develop and implement overall business strategy, including product development, market analysis, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and operations to ensure efficient use of company assets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics or a related field.
  • At least 20 years of progressive experience in R&D/plant operations within the power electronics domain.
  • Strong knowledge of power semiconductor devices, embedded systems, control algorithms, and hardware design.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
