Job Title:

Electronics Innovator and Technical Leader

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Innovator and Technical Leader to drive the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge electronic solutions.

  • Design, develop, and test complex analog and digital electronic circuits for high-reliability applications.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and validate ruggedized electronic systems for harsh environments.
  • Create and review PCB layouts and schematics using industry-standard EDA tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, or KiCAD).
  • Source and select electronic components and materials for optimal performance, durability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Collaborate with mechanical and software engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Conduct thorough testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies and prototypes.
  • Operate lab equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies) for circuit debugging and verification.
  • Develop detailed technical documentation for manufacturing, compliance, and assembly processes.
  • Participate in cross-functional design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and the development of innovative electronic solutions.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Prior experience in defence, industrial, or high-reliability electronics product development is highly desirable.
