Role Overview:

We're looking for proactive knowledgeable sourcing professional with minimum of 3 years experience in EMS industry. Ideal candidate should have deep understanding of electronic component sourcing BOM analysis and supplier communication. You will play key role in quoting projects ensuring timely procurement and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

*Review and analyze Bills of Materials (BOMs) to generate accurate quotes for prototype and bulk production.

*Source active and passive components PCBs and electronic parts globally.

*Build and manage vendor relationships evaluate supplier performance and reliability.

*Negotiate pricing lead times and delivery schedules to ensure project success.

*Collaborate with engineering production and logistics teams to align procurement with project timelines.

*Use software tools (ERP or similar) to manage procurement processes and maintain accurate data.

*Monitor market trends component availability and price fluctuations to minimize risk and optimize sourcing.

Requirements:

*Minimum 3 years of sourcing/procurement experience in an EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) company.

*Strong knowledge of electronic components BOM-based quoting and global sourcing strategies.

*Familiarity with procurement software tools (ERP or equivalent platforms).

*Excellent communication negotiation and organizational skills.

*Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

*Degree in Electronics Electrical or related field.

*Exposure to international sourcing and import/export compliance.

*Knowledge of standards such as RoHS IPC and ISO.
