Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead our business operations and drive growth in new markets.

  • As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for strategizing, launching, and scaling up our business operations in new markets.
  • You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve long-term growth and profitability targets for your cluster.
  • Key responsibilities include defining medium & long-term roadmaps, owning P&Ls, brand building through local marketing strategies, evaluating and rolling out new product features, and identifying opportunities for profit maximization.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in opening new stores and managing QSR Pan India operations.
  • Possess strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage projects effectively.
