Job Title: Learning Experience Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced instructional designer to create engaging training content that supports key product launches and ongoing enablement.

As a member of our global team, you will collaborate with sales enablement teams and subject matter experts to develop interactive learning experiences that drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing eLearning content using multimedia authoring tools
  • Recording, editing, and producing video content
  • Creating learning aids and instructional materials that align with sound instructional design principles
  • Auditing content for ADA compliance and ensuring adherence to product marketing and sales enablement standards
  • Collaborating with program managers to identify learning gaps and content requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Adult Education, or Instructional Systems Design
  • 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or video production, preferably in a software company
  • Experience using multimedia authoring tools (such as Camtasia, Articulate, Adobe) to develop online learning
  • Strong understanding of adult learning best practices and instructional design frameworks (e.g. ADDIE)
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
