Job Summary

We are seeking a Key Account Strategist to join our team at Otis Elevator Co. As a Key Account Strategist, you will develop and execute strategies to retain and grow major customer relationships, drive sales growth, and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to retain and grow key customer relationships
  2. Work closely with zonal sales teams to drive bookings from key accounts
  3. Monitor account management performance and identify areas for improvement
  4. Manage product benchmarking in key accounts to ensure competitive advantage
  5. Promptly resolve customer complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in the elevator industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Assertive, proactive, result-oriented, and self-starter
  • Ability to handle high-profile key customers
