Job Summary
We are seeking a Key Account Strategist to join our team at Otis Elevator Co. As a Key Account Strategist, you will develop and execute strategies to retain and grow major customer relationships, drive sales growth, and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to retain and grow key customer relationships
- Work closely with zonal sales teams to drive bookings from key accounts
- Monitor account management performance and identify areas for improvement
- Manage product benchmarking in key accounts to ensure competitive advantage
- Promptly resolve customer complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in the elevator industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Assertive, proactive, result-oriented, and self-starter
- Ability to handle high-profile key customers
