  • Broad knowledge of database architecture, SQL queries, and scripting languages such as Windows, Linux/UNIX, and PowerShell is necessary.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to identify issues, gather data, analyze, and present solutions effectively.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with OT Visibility, OT Asset Management, and OT Service Management modules in ServiceNow.
