Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Trademark Attorney to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work with clients on all aspects of trademark law, including prosecution, oppositions, portfolio management, searches, opinions, and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities

- Prosecute trademark applications, including post-registration prosecution, and oppositions independently.

- Manage trademark portfolios for clients, including docketing and routine follow-ups.

- Conduct trademark searches and provide expert opinions to clients.

- Provide strategic advice to clients on trademark portfolio management and non-contentious trademark issues.

- Represent clients in official hearings before the Trademark Registry and IPAB for trademark disputes involving rectification/cancellation actions and appeals.

- Conduct raids, searches, and seizures, and prosecute design and copyright registrations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Excellent knowledge of trademark law and practice.

- Proven experience in prosecuting trademark applications, oppositions, and portfolio management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
