As an IP Administrator, you will support attorneys in global patent filings and prosecution, update daily dockets for clients worldwide, and communicate with clients/attorneys over conference calls. You will also prepare PTO documents, evaluate patent portfolios, conduct trademark searches and monitoring, and manage project delivery with high standards of quality.

We are seeking a skilled Paralegal and Docketing - IP Admin with relevant work experience, sound knowledge of patent prosecution laws, and familiarity with IP databases such as CPI, IP Manager, and Anaqua. You should be able to ensure timely task completion, practice attentive listening skills, and contribute proactively to the company's goals and mission.
