IP Prosecution Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IP prosecution specialist to manage our branded portfolio from a strategic intellectual property perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Life cycle management of the branded portfolio, including competition tracking and analysis
  • Preparation of landscape and infringement analysis reports
  • Patentability evaluation, patent filing, and prosecution support
  • Identifying and tracking competition, and preparing for enforcement of intellectual property rights
  • Performing validity analysis of blocking patents and identifying new opportunities for in-licensing

Requirements:

  • Masters or PhD in Pharmacy or related field
  • Certification in patent law (preferred)
  • 5-7 years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution
