The HR Manager will play a crucial role in executing our organization's vision, culture, and business objectives. This involves collaborating with business leaders and implementing HR solutions aligned to the Development Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Seamless Onboarding and Integration
- Creating a Positive Work Environment as custodians of organizational culture
- Building and creating the Development Center brand in society and ensuring Business Continuity at all times
- Inculcating a high-performance work environment and Promoting Diversity and Inclusivity
- Protecting the interests of the organization and initiating disciplinary action when needed
- Implementing DC-wide Rewards and Recognition programs and Recommending solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
- Managing Employee Grievances – Anti-Sexual Harassment, workplace concerns
- Managing the Health & Wellness program
- Creating robust communication forums to facilitate interactions between management and employees
Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM/MHRM/MSW/equivalent preferred
