Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Salesforce/Conga engineers and administrators.
• Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute the Salesforce/Conga strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Technical Expertise: Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce/Conga solutions.
• Project Management: Manage development timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business units to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Implement robust testing and quality assurance processes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Overall 10+ years of experience, 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• 7+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Conga CPQ and CLM knowledge is desirable.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
Experience: 11-15 years
