**Job Opportunity: Lead Sales and Operations for Pune Branch**

We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive both sales and operations for our Pune branch. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams and achieving sales targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Leading and managing overall business with sales & operations for the Pune branch.
  2. Driving end-to-end sales activities, including market mapping, lead funnel creation, forecasting, and achievement of sales targets and profit margins.
  3. Preparing and presenting techno-commercial proposals to Boards and key decision-makers.
  4. Conceptualizing and proposing software licensing, IT services, and cloud infrastructure solutions to enterprise customers.
  5. Building and nurturing long-term customer relationships by engaging with both IT and business stakeholders.
  6. Ensuring complete accountability for Accounts Receivables and branch P&L.
  7. Strengthening relationships with existing customers and promoting additional solutions, upgrades, and value-added services.
  8. Ensuring timely and accurate reporting via CRM and organizational reporting tools.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8–10 years of proven experience in selling technology solutions (Software, IT Services, Cloud Infrastructure).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams (Team management experience mandatory).
  • Strong experience in Key Account Management.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to design and execute business plans aligned to organizational goals.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented professionals with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • I graduated in Science or MBA.
  • Post-graduation in IT will be an added advantage.
