Job Title: Transformation Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Transformation Leader to spearhead our client-facing innovation initiatives.

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will lead cross-functional transformation initiatives and drive business outcomes through effective stakeholder engagement and communication.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your expertise in change management to develop and execute strategic plans that deliver measurable results.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and design tailored solutions to address them.
  • Mentor and guide a team of consultants to ensure successful project delivery and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform our innovation strategy and identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, accompanied by 10+ years of experience in change management or transformation.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects across multiple accounts and domains.
  • Strong understanding of AI-enabled conversation bots, including Chat Bots, Email Bots, Social Bots, Knowledge Bots, etc.
  • Experience working in contact centers or BPO industries, preferably in voice operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Desirable Qualifications:

The following qualifications would be highly valued:

  • Working knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework.
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt or Black belt/PMP/OCM certification.
