Job Description:

As a Chiller Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance of chillers and related equipment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert-level technical support to customers, conducting on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services as needed.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy new services that meet customer needs, leveraging advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning. Additionally, you will contribute to the improvement of internal processes and procedures, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough on-site assessments of chiller systems to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on chiller equipment, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines and industry standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement customized solutions for complex chiller-related problems
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of local field offices and other experts
  • Provide feedback and input to inform the development of OpenBlue platform enhancements and roadmap initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in chiller diagnostics, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
  • Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, building automation systems, and energy management and monitoring systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven leadership abilities, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Industry certifications and relevant education/training
