Job Description">

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Chiller Expert. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and service to our customers. Your primary focus will be on chiller diagnostics, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.

You will work closely with our field teams to provide advanced, innovative, cost-effective, and mission-supportive chiller services. Your role will involve conducting preventive maintenance, general servicing of chillers, and detailed troubleshooting. You will also be responsible for high levels of customer satisfaction through direct, on-site, customer interface. Properly completes required service documentation and verbal communication.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Performing CEP reviews, analyzing data, generating reports, and making recommendations to branches and customers.
  • Providing feedback on the serviceability of our chillers and connected equipment portal.
  • Working with the field team to connect chillers and deploy HVAC Domain specific playbooks to deliver and document remote services standard processes, practices, service delivery SLAs, workflow tracking, and service partners supervision with each country served.
  • Ensuring procedures are followed and updated as needed, including operations as communication procedures.
  • Designing and enforcing request handling and escalation policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring escalations are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Reviewing reports generated by others to ensure quality and accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications">

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience with chiller diagnostics, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
  • General overall knowledge of HVAC equipment, building automation systems, and energy management and monitoring systems.
  • Able to solve complex service operational and maintenance problems.
  • Able to communicate professionally with customers at all levels, internal and external.
  • Possess appropriate industry certifications.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-paced service environment with shifting priorities.
