Job Description

As a diagnostics expert, you will play a vital role in building the future of our platform. You will work closely with our service organization to drive customer satisfaction and develop internal customer relationships through a deep understanding of our HVAC Services model.

You will join a team of skilled professionals who are dedicated to providing advanced, innovative, cost-effective, and mission-supportive chiller services. Your work will involve collaborating with Solution Engineers and analysts with various skill sets to deliver exceptional results.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting preventive maintenance and general servicing of chillers, including detailed troubleshooting.
  • Performing CEP reviews, analyzing data, generating reports, and providing recommendations to branches and customers.
  • Working with the field team to connect chillers and deploying HVAC Domain-specific playbooks to deliver remote services.
  • Compliance management, operations management, and ensuring procedures are followed and updated as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in chiller diagnostics, maintenance, repair, and trouble shooting.
  • General knowledge of HVAC equipment, building automation systems, and energy management and monitoring systems.
  • Able to solve complex service operational and maintenance problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Industry certifications and demonstrated leadership abilities.

Some travel may be required, but we anticipate less than 10% of your time will be spent on the road. You will work in a high-paced service environment with shifting priorities, requiring adaptability and strong organizational skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy new services delivered by the field and Predictive Team.
