Job Description:

As a seasoned technical expert, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of chillers. Your primary role will involve performing CEP reviews, analyzing data, generating reports and providing recommendations to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing on-site assessments to diagnose and troubleshoot complex chiller issues
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy new services and technologies
  • Providing technical support and guidance to customers and field personnel
  • Developing and implementing procedures for efficient operations management

You will work closely with various stakeholders including sales, engineering and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.

Requirements:

To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:

  • 3+ years experience in chiller diagnostics, maintenance and repair
  • General knowledge of HVAC equipment, building automation systems and energy management systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications:

A degree in a relevant field such as mechanical engineering or electrical engineering would be beneficial. Additionally, having general computer and mobile application skills would be an asset.
