About This Role:

As a key member of our support team, the technical specialist will be the first point of contact for users experiencing issues with technology, software, or services.

This role involves handling and taking ownership of multiple customer support activities to provide end-to-end technical and general support resolution to the end user.

The successful candidate will interact with mobile phone carriers and other departments to resolve mobile service-related issues while adhering to business rules and policies.

Key responsibilities include determining the issue, researching, and following up steps as necessary for resolution of issues. The candidate will also answer incoming calls and chats, troubleshoot device and networking issues reported by users, and act as a liaison between customers, mobile carriers, client policy, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to work in a 24/7 rotational shift, and have excellent communication skills. They should also be willing to learn how to troubleshoot devices and step-by-step instructions.
