Total Rewards Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards Strategist to lead our compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive total rewards strategy that supports our organization's goals and objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Compensation Strategy & Design:
  1. Develop and execute a compensation strategy that aligns with our organization's mission, values, and goals.
  2. Establish and refine compensation frameworks, leveraging market data to support competitive positioning while managing internal equity.
  3. Drive compensation programs for both direct and indirect labor, focusing on scalability and compliance with global standards.
Benefits Administration & Enhancement:
  1. Design and execute health, wellness, retirement, and other employee benefit programs to ensure offerings are relevant and competitive.
  2. Lead benefits renewal processes and vendor negotiations, aiming to enhance the employee experience while managing costs.
  3. Conduct benefits utilization reviews and annual benefits sessions to educate employees and promote awareness.
Performance & Recognition Programs:
  1. Develop performance and recognition programs that support a high-performance culture.
  2. Align recognition initiatives with our values to foster engagement and drive performance.
  3. Assess and adjust programs based on employee feedback and industry trends.
Data Analysis & Insights:
  1. Leverage data analytics to monitor the effectiveness of total rewards programs, making recommendations based on insights.
  2. Prepare executive-level reports and presentations on total rewards metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Leadership & Team Management:
  1. Lead and develop a team responsible for total rewards initiatives, ensuring their growth and alignment with our values.
  2. Foster a collaborative environment with a focus on knowledge-sharing, process improvement, and continuous learning.
